FAFSA completion and college enrollment are closely associated with each other, and consequently FAFSA completion deserves a lot of attention in the college access field. Although FAFSA completion for high school seniors is set to rise for the second consecutive year, about 40% of seniors nationwide will not complete a FAFSA by the fall. There is room to grow in many states and communities nationwide. Many states, school districts, and college access organizations are seeking ways to reach out to and support more students with FAFSA completion and other key postsecondary milestones. How can we continue to connect with students and answer their questions before, during, and after FAFSA completion and even well into their postsecondary pathways?
